Due Again ("the app", "we", "us") helps you track recurring maintenance tasks and share them with people in your household. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

Information we collect

Tasks and content you create

The tasks, schedules, completion records and notes you add are stored so the app can remind you and keep a history. If you share a task, that content is visible to the people you invite, according to their role.

Account information

You can start using Due Again without an account. When you choose to sign in — for example to share tasks or sync across devices — we store an identifier and, where relevant, the email address you sign in with so we can authenticate you and deliver invites.

Diagnostics

We may collect limited, aggregated diagnostic information to keep the app reliable. This is not used to identify you.

How we use information

• To provide the core service — storing your tasks and sending reminders.
• To enable sharing and notify household members when a shared task changes.
• To authenticate you and process invite links.
• To operate, secure and improve the app.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate the app on our behalf:

• Supabase — secure database, authentication and sync.
• Apple — App Store delivery, push notifications and subscription billing.
• RevenueCat — managing Due Again Pro subscriptions.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — sending transactional and invite emails.

Content within a shared task is, of course, visible to the household members you invite to it.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete individual tasks at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your choices

• Use the app without an account to keep data on your device.
• Control reminders through your device notification settings.
• Remove collaborators or stop sharing a task at any time.
• Request access to, or deletion of, your data by emailing us.

Children

Due Again is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
